Why was my online transaction via Credit Card or eNETS unsuccessful?
An unsuccessful transaction may be due to any of the following:
- Insufficient funds
- Incorrect credit card details
- Incorrect credit card. (We only accept Mastercard/Visa from a recognized bank such as DBS/POSB/UOB/Citibank/OCBC/HSBC/Maybank. We do not accept Amex or GrabPay Card)
- No or unstable Internet connectivity
If you have saved your credit card details and continually have unsuccessful transactions, it may be because you have saved the wrong expiry date or CVV. For security reasons, please delete the card, re-add the card, and try a new transaction.
