How do I save a Credit Card to be used for future giving?

For first-time givers on give.chc.org.sg

1. Log in to your CHC App account
2. Key in the desired amount for your donation
3. Click on “Next”
4. Select “Add credit card details” 
5. You will be redirected to “Red Dot Payment” where your credit card details will be securely encrypted. Proceed to key in your credit card details.
6. Key in the OTP as required by the bank
7. You will be redirected to https://give.chc.org.sg
8. Click on “Continue”
9. You will see the saved card selected as the payment method

For returning givers

1. Log in to your CHC App account
2. Scroll down to "Payment Methods"
3. A default payment method will be selected. Click on "Amend"
4. Select “Add credit card details” 
5. You will be redirected to “Red Dot Payment” where your credit card details will be securely encrypted. Proceed to key in your credit card details.
6. Key in the OTP as required by the bank.
7. You will be redirected to give.chc.org.sg and a “Successful” message will appear
8. Click on “Continue”
9. You will see the saved card selected as the payment method. 

 Do note that a verification fee of $1.00 will be deducted and refunded to you within 5 working days.
