For givers who choose to store their credit card details, the details are encrypted and stored securely with the same provider. Red Dot Payment Pte Ltd. is an online payment solutions provider serving e-commerce merchants globally. Their services have been accessed and found to be compliant with PCI Data Security Standard Version 3.2.1 Service Provider Level.

How do I give via Cheque?If you prefer to mail in your cheque, please make it payable to “City Harvest Church”, with your contact number and purpose for giving written clearly at the back of the cheque. Can I drop my cash/cheque offering at the Jurong West church?Yes, you may drop your offering envelope in the offering box located at Level 1 outside the SOT administrative office. We are located at 1 Jurong West Street 91, Singapore 649041. During this COVID-19 period, our operational hours at Jurong West may differ from the usual. Please call us at 6737-6266 (during office hours) to confirm the opening hours for the day you wish to head down.

How do I remove the details of a saved Credit Card?Log in to your CHC App account Scroll down to "Payment Methods" A default payment method will be selected. Click on "Amend" A list of your saved credit cards will appear. Click on "Amend" for the particular credit card that you wish to delete Click on "Delete" A confirmation screen will appear. Click on "OK"

Do I need to sign in before I make a donation?You do not need to sign in to make a donation. However, you should sign in if you wish to view your giving history (past 6 months) via CHC Give (https://give.chc.org.sg ).

How do I give via AXS?Visit any AXS stations located island-wide (https://www.axs.com.sg/axsStation_locations.php) Select the “Community” button on the home page Find “City Harvest Church” under the list of community services Follow the instructions on the screen to fill in your particulars, purpose for giving, and the amount Complete the process by inserting your ATM card and PIN code when required

How can I check my past donations?To view your past giving history on our previous donation website, you may sign in to My Account (https://www.chc.org.sg/myaccount), and select “Transaction History”. Alternatively, you may email us at donation@chc.org.sg. Do note that transactions done via CHC Give for the past six months will be reflected under your Payment History. You will need to be logged in to your CHC App account in order to capture your giving records. All offerings done via PayNow or PayLah will not be reflected in the CHC Give transaction history.

How do I give via PayNow / PayLah?You may only use PayNow / PayLah to give your offering only. There will be no receipts issued and no transaction history maintained for this method of giving. What will my donations be used to support?All donations, except what is specified as Building Fund, will be used to support activities of the church which include (but not limited to) the mission, outreach and operational activities of the church. Donations to the Building Fund will be designated for Building Fund purposes only. The Building Fund is dedicated for the acquisition, construction, development, maintenance, lease and use of buildings and other real estate including the rental or purchase of equipment and furnishings, fees of service providers, licence fees, rental and building management fees for the activities of the church.

Why was my online transaction via Credit Card or eNETS unsuccessful?An unsuccessful transaction may be due to any of the following: Insufficient funds Incorrect credit card details Incorrect credit card. (We only accept Mastercard/Visa from a recognized bank such as DBS/POSB/UOB/Citibank/OCBC/HSBC/Maybank. We do not accept Amex or GrabPay Card) No or unstable Internet connectivity If you have saved your credit card details and continually have unsuccessful transactions, it may be because you have saved the wrong expiry date or CVV.

Is my donation made to City Harvest Church tax deductible?Donors will receive a tax deduction for donations made to an approved Institution of Public Character (IPC) organization. To qualify as an IPC, the charity must be serving the needs of the community in Singapore as a whole, and not confined to sectional interests or groups based on belief or religion. As a church, City Harvest Church is not registered as an IPC. Hence, there is no tax deduction for any donations (Tithe, Building Fund or Offering) made to City Harvest Church.

Proceed to key in your credit card details. Key in the OTP as required by the bank You will be redirected to https://give.chc.org.sg Click on “Continue” You will see the saved card selected as the payment method

When will I get a receipt for my giving?An auto-generated email receipt will be sent to you shortly upon a successful transaction. If you did not receive any receipt in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

I’m from overseas/ a non-church member, how can I donate to your church?You can donate to us by heading to our online donation page at https://give.chc.org.sg. We accept major credit cards, and currently do not accept Amex.

Is my donation made to City Harvest Community Services Association tax deductible?Yes, all donations to City Harvest Community Services Association (CHCSA) are eligible for tax deduction of 250% and will be automatically included in your tax assessment.
